The on-site inspection typically takes 30-60 minutes depending on property size and complexity. We usually have availability within 48-72 hours of your booking, with emergency inspections available for urgent insurance claims. Following the inspection, our team processes and analyzes all captured data to produce your comprehensive PDF report, which is delivered within 48 hours (or 24 hours for Full Analysis packages). This turnaround time meets all insurance company requirements and provides you with actionable information quickly.

While your presence isn't mandatory, we strongly recommend being available during the inspection. This allows you to meet our CAA certified pilot, discuss any specific concerns about your roof, point out areas of particular interest or known problems, and receive an initial verbal overview of the findings. If you have specific access requirements or concerns about neighboring properties, being present helps us coordinate the inspection more effectively. However, if you're unable to attend, we can proceed with the inspection and provide a detailed written report afterward.

We can operate safely in most weather conditions, but optimal results require wind speeds below 25mph and no heavy rain. Light cloud cover is actually beneficial for thermal imaging as it reduces sun glare. If conditions on your scheduled date are unsuitable, we'll contact you to reschedule at no additional cost. For thermal imaging inspections, we may recommend specific times of day (typically early morning or late evening) when temperature differentials are most pronounced, providing the clearest thermal data.

If we identify critical issues requiring immediate attention (such as major structural damage, significant water ingress, or safety hazards), our pilot will inform you on-site. Your report will clearly categorize all findings by urgency level with specific recommendations: immediate action required (Category 1), repairs needed within 3-6 months (Category 2), or monitor/future maintenance (Category 3). For Full Analysis packages, we include estimated repair costs and can recommend trusted local contractors if requested.
